ChimpWorks develops hybrid-casual mobile games and we are looking for Medior & Senior Unity/C# Developers. You will be working in a creative, challenging, and collaborative environment as part of a small autonomous team.
You’ll work closely with the producer and designers to develop unique and original games. You will make sure the games maintain excellent performance and great user experience. By working in our creative environment where you can learn and grow, you will make your mark on new mobile games played by millions worldwide.

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
- Develop all aspects of game projects from the ground up using a shared code-base.
- Use C# and Unity as the main technologies in your day-to-day work.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to address and mitigate these problems.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
- Prioritize own tasking and coordinate with leads effectively to ensure expectations are met.
- Help and coach fellow developers on using Unity and best practices.
Requirements
- Experience in the mobile gaming industry.
- Medior: Minimum 3 years of experience in Unity and C#.
- Senior: Minimum 5 years of experience in Unity and C#.
- Relevant professional or academic training.
- Has the willingness to learn and improve, as well as give and take constructive feedback.
- Good team player.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, detail-oriented, straightforward, self-motivated, and proactive.
- Flexible attitude, ability to adapt to quickly changing circumstances and work priorities in a timely manner.
- Fluent in written and well-spoken English language.
